Hi! I'm a huge fan of your channel by the way! Anyways, I'm trying to prepare for my middle school's season and I really want to be setter (I have no experience btw, and I have a month to get decent at least). However whenever I set, I realize when I push the ball out, my right hand goes higher/more out than my left hand or vice versa, and I think that's what is leading the ball to have a lot of spin and go backwards or too close/far from the net. Also I'm pretty sure after I set the ball they're not supposed to be in the shape of like a claw (sorry if it doesn't make sense.) I feel as if my hands are stiff and stuff, and I don't know if my elbows are supposed to extend fully or not but mine aren't. I was wondering if you had a specific video or videos that target these issues? I've tried some of the drills but even if my form looks okay, it doesn't feel good or set the ball good. Thank you 😊

I used sign language with my son.. just the basic.... Milk, change, hurt... Helped crossed the communication gap... Yes they can sign and no it doesn't affect their speech 😁 either way enjoy your baby as they grow up so fast ❤

Use your legs as a sprint for momentum to push the ball out. I think its easier to control the ball.

Can u make a video of using resistance band to improve spiking

I find this very useful and because of this video i find to set more correctly now but my coach said do not put your fingers wide i tried to balance my fingers but still cant do it please make more tutorials on how to set correctly
